Suspension of antidumping duties on imports of ammonium sulfate.
Purpose of the decree
By means of the decree, the Ministry of Economy suspends the collection of the antidumping duties imposed on imports of ammonium sulfate from China and the United States, whose validity was extended for 5 more years starting on October 10, 2020, by means of the final resolution of the administrative procedure for the review of the antidumping duties (sunset review).
According to the Ministry of Economy, the suspension is due to the decrease in raw material, the increase in prices of fertilizers such as ammonium sulfate and the need to counteract inflation.
The suspension of the collection will be applied to the following antidumping duties:

Term of the decree
The suspension of the collection of antidumping duties will be effective for 6 months from the date of entry into force of the decree, that is, from May 25, 2022.
