Adrián Vázquez: New Arbitrator and Mediator at ICDPASO

We are pleased to announce that our managing partner, Adrián Vázquez, has recently been appointed as an arbitrator and mediator at the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO). What is ICDPASO?

ICDPASO is a newly established international non-governmental organization created in 2020. Its innovative nature and rapid expansion reflect the growing need for efficient and accessible mechanisms for the prevention and resolution of international commercial disputes. The institution was founded by the China Chamber of International Commerce with the support of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, as well as many other institutions

ICDPASO is backed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Its mission is to promote the integrated development of dispute prevention, mediation, and arbitration in international commercial disputes, providing accessible, independent, and effective conflict resolution services worldwide. With a network over 100 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, and South America, ICDPASO plays a crucial role in promoting a sustainable global economy and improving the international legal governance system.
