Expiration Notice of Antidumping & Countervailing Duties

Today, November 29, 2021, the Ministry of Economy published the Expiration Notice of Antidumping & Countervailing Duties in the Official Gazette (DOF, acronym in Spanish), which contains the list of products subject to an antidumping or countervailing duty that are soon to expire. 

Request for the initiation of a sunset review 

Consequently, any domestic producer of said products may request the initiation of a sunset review procedure before the International Trade Practices Unit (UPCI, acronym in Spanishof the Ministry of Economy.   

Antidumping and countervailing duties 

The notice lists the following antidumping and countervailing duties:
