The Right Size to Lead: How Law Firms Govern, Grow and Compete
Firms on both sides of the border are answering the same question from different starting points: what size, and what structure, actually lets a firm lead in its market?
The panel brings together leaders from firms that have taken very different routes to that answer a global platform, specialised boutiques, and a U.S. litigation firm working across the border. The conversation looks at how each governs itself, how growth decisions get made and financed, and what a firm trades away as it scales.
For clients and referring counsel, the practical question underneath is the one that matters: how a firm’s structure shapes the service they actually receive on a cross-border matter.
