En 2020, el comercio exterior comprendió el 68% del PIB Nacional y por eso las empresas tienen que tener su programa de compliance. Lo que significa que un gran número de empresas dependen de sus importaciones y exportaciones, ya sea como insumos, productos finales o como parte de su supply chain.
Un contratiempo de índole fiscal, laboral o comercial que obstaculice el comercio exterior significa graves pérdidas para las empresas.
Conscientes de la relevancia de este tema, la Comisión Nacional de Compliance, A.C (CONACOM), organizó un webinar para que las empresas conozcan más sobre el tema y puedan mitigar estos riesgos en sus empresas.
En el webinar participó Emilio Arteaga Vázquez, socio de Vázquez Tercero & Zepeda y fundador de la plataforma Doing Business in Mexico, y Fernando Ortiz Vargas, Coordinador del Comité de Gobierno Corporativo de CONACOM.
El evento se celebró el viernes 23 de abril de 2021, el cual se transmitió por Facebook y Youtube de la CONACOM:
Durante el evento, Emilio Arteaga respondió preguntas como posibles programas de compliance, aspectos de due diligence con los agentes aduanales, reglas de origen en materia automotriz, entre otros.
