Sunset and Annual Review against Cermic Tableware and Loose Ceramic Pieces from China
Today, January 12th, 2024, the Ministry of Economy published the Notice of initiation of the sunset and annual review concerning ceramic tableware and loose ceramic pieces from China.

Ceramic (including porcelain) tableware sets or formations, and single pieces of ceramic (including porcelain) used in table service, primarily to contain food and beverages.

6911.10.01 and 6912.00.99 of the Tariff of the General Law of Import and Export Taxes (TIGIE).
Period of review (Dumping)
1 January 2019 to 31 December 2023.
Period of Analysis (Injury)
1 January to 31 December 2023.
Exporters' Questionnaires Deadline
22 February 2024, extensions may be requested.
Antidumping Duty
Imports, with customs value less than US$2.61 per kilogram, are subject to the payment of antidumping duties.
Normal Value Methodology
The Mexican Industry will have to prove that China or the relevant industry operates in a Non-Market Economy. The Chinese exports can submit their domestic sales and costs.
Objective of the reviews
To continue or eliminate the antidumping duty, as well as to determine fresh dumping margins. The Ministry may determine new dumping margins as well modify or eliminate the antidumping duty and price reference.
