El pasado 29 de abril fue publicada, en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal para 2019 que en términos generales estará vigente del 30 de abril al 31 de diciembre del presente año; dicha Resolución contiene diversos temas entre ellos, los siguientes:
Disposiciones sobre avisos de compensación.
Posibilidad de inscribir a menores de 18 años en el RFC.
Nuevos requisitos para efectuar erogaciones a través de terceros.
Plazo menor para cobrar la contraprestación cuando en el CFDI se establezca como método de pago “Pago en una sola exhibición”.
Requisitos para aplicar el estímulo fiscal del diésel o biodiésel y sus mezclas para maquinaria en general.
