Nuestro socio, Eduardo Zepeda, expuso los antecedentes e información general sobre el Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociación Transpacífico, mejor conocido como CPTPP (o TPP) por sus siglas en inglés, en el marco del foro sobre los “Nuevos Tratados de Libre Comercio Celebrados por México“, organizado por Index Reynosa y Vázquez Tercero y Zepeda.
Este tratado de libre comercio pretende promover el comercio con nuevos socios comerciales, como lo son Australia, Nueva Zelandia, Vietnam, Singapur, entre otros, así como consolidar las relaciones comerciales con socios existentes. Al mismo tiempo, el CPTPP tiene reglas de origen específicas por producto, algunas que son abordadas por nuestro socio, por lo que a continuación le compartimos la presentación de nuestro socio:
