Mariana Rivera is an associate of the Mexico City office, and she is mainly focused on International Trade Law, Administrative Law, and Customs Law.
Mariana participates actively in antidumping investigations and sunset reviews. She is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the legal proceedings at the Federal Administrative Court.
Previously, she worked as a legal advisor for the implementation of the different procedures carried out by governmental departments in the “International Trade Single Window” (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior Mexicano).
