Ms. Malváez actively participates in the firm’s international trade and IMMEX practice and is often involved in the regulatory and customs practice.
She represents companies in foreign trade matters, particularly on anti-dumping, origin of goods, IMMEX operation, PROSEC, non-tariff restrictions, among other matters.
She has also experience in practice areas, such as, corporate and administrative law.
